Project Scope

Led the design and construction of a new 1,536 square foot greenhouse/research facility for Kent State University Horticultural Facilities:

Scope of Work included:

  • Development of the greenhouse components Design and Scope of Work
  • Provide budget pricing to allow KSU to prioritize based upon their budget
  • Establish Greenhouse Bid Packages
  • Solicitation and Qualification of Greenhouse Material Suppliers
  • Procurement of greenhouse structure and mechanical components (heaters, controls, shade, benching, lighting
  • Scope reviews of all bid packages to determine the best valued subcontractors for MEP and concrete
  • Project management and quality control of all subcontractors through each phase of work
  • L.L. Klink self-performing erection and glazing of a Winandy greenhouse structure
