Led the design and construction of a new greenhouse facility for Old Trail Private K-8 School.

Scope of work included:

• Development of the greenhouse components Design and Scope of Work
• Provide budget pricing to allow Old Trail to prioritize based upon their budget
• Establish Greenhouse Bid Packages
• Solicitation and Qualification of Greenhouse Material Suppliers
• Procurement of greenhouse structure and mechanical components (heaters, controls, shade, benching, lighting
• Project management and quality control of all subcontractors through each phase of work
• L.L. Klink self-performing erection and glazing of a Ludy greenhouse structure
